Hello everyone,

I have a question with regards to changing the job role. Currently I am working as an administrative assistant. If I have to change my role as a human resource coordinator will it affect my PR points? Do I have to again complete 1 year as a HR coordinator to be eligible for PR?

FSW - you need one year of full-time, continuous skilled work experience in one NOC.
CEC - need one year, full time skilled Canadian work experience in any NOC and doesn’t have to be continious.

So if I change from TEER 3 TO TEER 2 it will not affect when I submit for my PR right? I will be applying under CEC
