EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND CANADIAN LAW FIRM AGREEMENT


This agreement is made and entered in the Canada Labor Code R.S.C., 1985, c. L-2

Incorporated under the Canadian Employment Law and the Labor Union Law do hereby agree upon the
following terms and conditions
Position Applied:
CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract period shall be for duration of 3 years and will be renew only if
employer is satisfied with employee’s service. This shall be in effect from the day of she/he
commence duty.
SALARY AND ALLOWANCE: The employer shall pay the employee a sum of $12,500.00 CAD (twelve thousand five
hundred Canadian dollars) monthly after deducting taxes to be received on the 28th of each month along with $300.00 CAD
Three hundred Canadian dollars as weekly maintenance benefit. The total you will take home for one month will be
$12,800.00 CAD twelve thousand eight hundred Canadian dollars) BUT there will be a 20% annual increase after employees
have spent 1 year working with the Employer.
TICKET AND VISA: We have a management policy for our new employees which is to pay for their visa
registration fee and air ticket from their location to Canada, also reimburse them, in case of any expenses incurred
during the recruitment process and pay their two-month’s salary in advance so that they can take care of local
expenses before the departure date, but this will only be done when we have confirmed that their visa is fully ready.
WORKING DAYS AND HOURS: Working days are Monday to Friday and you have the right to one day off per week.
The working hours of the morning shift are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and the afternoon shift is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm per
day if on duty. ACCOMODATION: A well-furnished safe and hygienic accommodation including sitting room and visitor’s
room and bedrooms suitable for family will be provided for employee during the term of contract. Excellent
educational assistance with family status contracts. We also provide complete meals for you and family as
deemed appropriate along with Life insurance policy, maximum and efficient security both in work place and
housing community.
MEDICAL CARE: Employer provides free medical coverage when you arrived in Canada for you and family
throughout the contract duration.
VACCATION: Employee shall be authorized for four weeks fully paid vacation annually during the term
of contract, which can be used at the employee discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from
the respected department.
MATERNITY AND CHILD CARE LEAVE: You will be entitled to the maternity leave as per
Canadian law. Employee need to provide a letter from the Doctor. Maternity leave will be on a fully paid
leave as long as the employee has served for a minimum of 180 days before the date of first confinement.
VISA, WORK RESIDENT PERMIT: Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Immigration services to
deduct the fee for paper immigration clearance from their first month salary. Note that the two month’s salary,
flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must has processed
their visa, work/resident permit papers from the immigration. We have signed a contract agreement for easy
acquisition of employee travelling documents as readiness by employee to join the team. If you agree with the
company terms and condition, kindly sign it and send it back for immediate documentation.
ATTESTATION: Please confirm your acceptance of the above terms and conditions by signing on the lower
right hand side and returning to us the duplicate copy of this letter within 3 days from the date of agreement
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement embodies the entire understanding of the parties here to and any
prior arrangements or representation is hereby superseded.
If you agree to the terms and conditions of this Contract Agreement and are ready to move in and work with us, please sign it and send it
back for further processing.
