Portal 1 received twice (1 month gap)

Hello,

Anybody here experienced receiving portal 1 twice in their registered email with IRCC. The first one on December 08 2023 and the most recent one is today (January 11, 2024). I replied again to their recent email but I wonder why they have to send it again and I hope don't need to wait that long again for Portal 2 where I can submit my ID and confirm my postal address. Just feeling a bit frustrated given the longer processing time that's taking these days.

Just respond again to that portal 1 request. I think the reason I received it twice was because I updated my mailing address after I received the 1st Portal 1. Not sure if you've done the same thing.

You're welcome. In 2 weeks I got P2 then 10 days for the COPR then 2-3 weeks for the PR Card.
