Firstly i got rejected, then applied for appeal and won and judge told us that i got my visa in 4 months in November 2023 . They asked some papers again in June 2024 and i am still stuck in background and soon my medical will expire in November 2024. I am significantly exhausted from this situation . No response from LVO

Generally there is no way to speed up background checks and they can take a while depending on the country and how cooperative that country is in sharing information with Canada. The one legal action you can try to take is to hire an immigration lawyer and do a writ of mandamus.
