i received p1 5 days ago and my wife just gave birth today ( in Canada ), do we need to re send again, do we have a some days to send to IRC’s as birth certificate take 1 month to get it, thank you

Reply to same email and send copy of birth certificate. Your child won’t get dependent on you as he is already Canadian citizen .

yes but birth certificate will be ready in a month and hospital said they don’t give any doc

There's no particular issue, your child is a citizen and hence there won't be any risk of the child not being accepted as a PR-applicant in future.
