I am confused reading through pages and need advise on pre-approved lmia. My current PGWP expires in a month and my new employer had pre-approved lmia for the same position I worked on.
Can I claim those 50 points without getting on closed permit (still on PGWP)??
on IRCC website there is no threshold for working time/hours if you are on PGWP for those 50 points.
