Did your ex declare his son in his PR application and did your son complete a medical as part of the process?

We did a medical but my ex husband did not send me the immigration request thats why I did not send our medical to immigration.
If your son's medical was not submitted to IRCC, then your son most likely cannot be sponsored. Through which program did your ex get PR?

he was skilled worker.. he did not give the immigration request thats why i did not send the medical
I'm not sure what you mean by "he did not give the immigration request". However if your son's medical was not completed and subitted to IRCC as part of your husband's application, then he cannot sponsor your son now.

way back 2012 I ask my husband to give me the original request from Canada Immigration because the hospital ask for it (the original request) but he did not give me thats why I did not send the medicals. is there any possible way for him to sponsor our son?
As said earlier, if your son's medical was not submitted to IRCC as part of your husband's application, then he cannot sponsor him.
