Application submitted: 11 Jan, 2024
Admin Assigned: 25 Jan, 2024
Application went to review stage: 1 Mar, 2024 (My validators were slow to complete the forms)
Academic Review Completed: 22 Mar, 2024
Experience Review 1: Completed 12 April 2024
Experience Review 2: In Progress
NPPE Exam Scheduled: June exam Passed

Still waiting on the Experience Review #2 to complete and APEGA is on Summer break.

Is the above timeline typical for international Electrical Engineering applicants?
Yes. It was the same for me the first time. Electrical too. If the application is more than 6 months, you should email APEGA.

Jan 2024: Application submitted, admin assigned, and review started
April 2024: NPPE passed
April 2024: Review stage completed (three reviewers)
May 2024: Case to Board.
Decision: more work experience needed

August 1st: Request to Update
August 19: WRVL updated
August 22: Received the email that the application review process has started and it will take up to 6 months(!)

Do you know how long it will take this time for simply reviewing the additional working experience? Are all the review stages going to happen again?

Hello, I am preparing for the NPPE exam and would appreciate some guidance and help to efficiently prepare for the exam.
Well, I completed the 100 questions on the official NPPE website (https://nppepractice.ysasecure.com/) and read the suggested book that I checked out from the library.
I saw that several members purchased 500 questions from https://practiceppeexams.ca.
I don't think it's too hard. I would say that just carefully read the questions and answers (two of them are really similar).
I passed it the first time.
