Can I Leave Canada with Implied Status After OINP Invitation?

Edited: I received the OINP master stream invitation and am currently on implied status since my PGWP is still processing. If I submit all OINP documents and then leave Canada, will this affect my nomination? Will my OINP application be at risk if I lose implied status by leaving? Any advice is appreciated!

My plan is to stay with my parents until my PGWP is approved. My friends will mail it to me, and then I’ll get a visa from the local embassy and come back to Canada.

Do you have a valid TRV to re-enter. PGWP just lets you work.

No, my study permit has expired. I plan to stay outside Canada until my PGWP is approved and I get a visa from outside the country. My concern is whether I’ll lose points or get disqualified from OINP for not having implied status.

I don’t know what OINP program you were nominated for. But you need TRV to enter.

Sometimes officer requests work documents or job letter during processing time. If you are outside of Canada and will fail to provide these documents, it’s will be risky that you will get nominated.
