But a job offer is meaningless. Doesn’t mean you can work in Canada. Your employer needs to pay for a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR has the education, work experience and language skills to do the job, only you. Then you apply for a closed work permit. You have been scammed. This letter is sent to thousands of people and isn’t real.
