PR Card Timeline - 2024

Is anyone here a first-time PR applicant? I received my COPR and landed in Toronto at the end of June. Then, they notified me that my PR card was returned in early August, so I provided my mailing address again. But till now, I haven't received the PR cards.

I wonder if there is any way I could check the status of whether they were mailed out or not. Any suggestion? Or if I call them, will they tell me the status?

Had similar experience, once it is returned back to IRCC and you have updated the mailing address, it can take upto 6 weeks for them to resend your card. You can call them to know if the card has been sent again

How did you receive Canada post updates? through email?
As per other people timelines, it looks like 26th August ECOPR should receive GU1/GU2 on 16th or 17th September

Yes. For my timeline, 26th August ECOPR, GU1 today Sep 16

Yes. For my timeline, 26th August ECOPR, GU1 today Sep 16

It's weird that my husband as Dependant received GU2 4 hours after GU1, but my status remained unchanged at GU1

@xueshen0607 I am in the same situation as the principal applicant, even though I linked my GCKey account a few days after my dependents, as I wasn't aware that each person had to do this separately. They already have their PR cards approved before me. See the details below:



Principal applicant

eCOPR = 26th August 2024

Linked to GC Key = 26th August 2024

GU1 = No update as of today (16th Sep)

GU2 = No update as of today (16th Sep)

PR Card = Yet to be received.



Dependent 1 (Child)

eCOPR = 26th August 2024

Linked to GC Key = 5th September 2024

GU1 = 16th September 2024

GU2 = 16th September 2024

PR Card = Yet to be received.



Dependent 2 (Spouse)

eCOPR = 26th August 2024

My timeline is the same as your Spouse. Sep 16 GU1 and Sep 17 GU2. My husband got GU1 and GU2 on Sep 16

it generally shows up as "CANADIAN BANK NOTE COMPANY" on the canada post mymail feature for most people. ive been waiting for my pr card ever since they mailed it out on august 1 yet nothing came in my mail until today! i also travel on september 30. i hope you get yours soon

usually canadian bank note or just general mail.
i received both in those mail senders for me and dependents
