Hello, I am a Palestinian with a Syrian document, and I currently reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and was born there. The Saudi government issued a decision to deport me from Saudi Arabia due to a problem beyond my control. I have a family consisting of a wife and two daughters, one of whom suffers from a chronic disease and takes medication every 8 hours continuously for the rest of her life. We are Palestinians and there is nowhere to go. No one helped me, and I do not know how to apply for asylum in Canada. Is there anyone who can help me?

My case is accepted for file review
Documents to be submitted until 26 of September.. don’t know how long will it take for the next step .

There are huge backlogs so nobody can anticipate how long it will take. Could be a few months but also could be over a year.

True, but also depends on factors like whether the RPD received a security screening confirmation from the CBSA; otherwise, the claim won't be determined without a hearing until they receive it.

Giving people a realistic timeline is important. Some less complex cases are processed quite quickly while others take quite a long time.

Yes in 2024. Now they are preparing to apply for PR.
they submitted BOC in June/July 2023.
