Open WP to Intra company transfer

This worked for me in 2020-21. I was on owp and requested my company to have it converted into ict. I have worked for them outside Canada (and also in owp)

my wife worked for the company outside canada 9 months and inside canada for 1.5 years. can she raise ICT from india if we return back to India?

I am not an Canadian immigration expert but with my limited knowledge there shouldn’t be any problem. Once you are outside Canada you should have no issues in applying ict, also I am not aware of any restrictions on not having a Canadian experience requirement for applying ict.

Yeah I had much more than that with them outside canada and around 9 months inside canada
