What is the status of your refugee claim? You can certainly move you just need to notify IRCC.

There is nothing stopping you from moving. Since you have a lawyer representing you, your lawyer should be able to help you with changing your address once you have moved.

If you are reviving legal aid you will have to change lawyers.
