Spousal ADD ON on applied PR status

I applied for PR under OINP - International Student Stream : Employer Job Offer in July 2022.
I got married in January 2024 and informed IRCC about the same.
IRCC asked for my spouse's documents in April 2024 which I submitted.
I can see a placeholder for my spouse with a UCI generated for her in my application.
I still haven't received biometric or medical request for her.
Anyone knows the timeline?
I will not get AOR for her, as for one application, there is only one AOR (Primary: Me)
Also, if someone can guide me how I can apply for her Spousal Work Permit without AOR, it would be great.
