Citizenship application family 2 adult+1 minor Online or Paper: choice or mandatory

Hi all,

we are 3 like to apply together as a family online, with a minor + 2 adult.
Can we apply online? or by paper?
I like be clear about the condition, is the choice is open either online or paper? or applying BOTH PARENTS together with a Minor must be on paper?
IRCC website is not very specific, also some thread here says, minor can apply online together with ONE parents only, not with Both parents.

One parent and kid can apply as part of one application and add another parent to make it a group application. All as part of online application.

Thank you so much for quick reply, I sincerely appreciate. I was very confused about this. So all 3 can apply together online.
I like to ask one more question about personal ID. is expired passport and expired PR can be used as ID? Also Child health card don't have photo on it, so What I can use 2nd ID for my child, as it said PR can used as 2nd identification if 1st one Canada govt ID (license) but my child's passport and PR both expired. Health card dont have any photo. Should I get a Provincial ID? will that be work along with expired PR?

You don’t need a valid PR card to apply for citizenship. You can apply with an expired PR card.

Having a provincial id will help with your expired PR card. I am not sure about expired passport validity.
