Hello , my name is Vini , I have a very specific question , I know this question was answered many times hahahah , but I am trying to apply for humanitarian and compassion outside Canada , But I saw you guys said we can’t do it if it’s not followed by another immigration process right !? So I have a very specific situation , it would take me forever to explain here but to make it easier to understand , I can’t apply to asylum inside Canada or go to border now , I need to apply from USA , do you think H&C would be useful on this case asking to let me apply without being inside Canada , which technically I wouldn’t be eligible so I am asking for consideration

It's not possible to apply from outside of Canada. Your application will not be accepted. You must be physically inside Canada to apply.
Well thanks so much for the information, I believe you don’t take me wrong but just for me to better understand , on the government website it says we can apply together with another applicant that requires specifics requests, or exemptions, if we are outside Canada no ?

Well I have a very very specific situation but to make it easier to understand I want to request asylum but I can’t go to the border or travel to Canada to do inside Canada , I am outside my home country , cant go back and can’t leave US I know it’s a long story and complicated but I would be looking for waiver or exemption of the request of the application of ASYLUM not H&C to be applied inside Canada so I would be able to apply from outside , since I qualify for everything else (maybe) and that would be my H&C request
I believe you it’s just so confusing , I met someone who actually got H&C approved by itself without any other application totally from outside Canada ….. and then you are right online it says we can’t :/
They must have applied when they were physically inside of Canada and then later left Canada.
Or they had a primary application (such as a spousal sponsorship application) and requested H&C consideration because they were inadmissible to Canada.
What you are asking is not at all confusing. It's simply not possible. You cannot submit an asylum claim from outside of Canada by using H&C. Again, it is impossible.

However regardless, OP would need to enter Canada if they want to file an asylum claim.
