Cannot register into Application Status Tracker account

Hello, its been one month after i received AOR for spousal pr sponsorship and still cannot register for tracking, I reviewed if the info is correct and it is. After I applied for OWP and could link the application, but still cannot register in the new tracker of PR sponsorship.

The tracker has not been working for couple months now . Follow other threads and see what they are saying . GCKey is the only way to get updates about your file

@lovindahubby is right! The tracker has not been working since mid-June. Please try linking cgkey first for now.
