PNP Eligibility Help Needed

Hello All,

I hold a full-time IT job offer from a BC Employer, but I am working remotely from Ontario. I have been living in Ontario for the past 2 years, I pay taxes in Ontario only. I also hold a PG Diploma from an Ontario-based Educational Institution.

What are my options for PNP programs? I prefer staying in Ontario.

PNP won't work. You'll need to score enough points to qualify and be selected through CEC/FSW EE.

It is. However you generally need to be working for an employer remotely who is in the same province. So you would want your employer to be Ontario based. So you cannot qualify under any of the streams that require a job offer or employer support since your employer is outside of Ontario. The one that might potentially work is the Human Capital Priorities stream. This is Express Entry. So you would need to start there.

Not for Ontario. Look at BC, but you would have to be living in BC.
