It depends on the VO. P1 is usually issued several days after the final decision is reflected on GCKey. P2 (PR Portal) can take a few weeks, and in some cases, I’ve seen people wait over a month. After that, the eCOPR typically arrives within a week or more, but again, the timing can vary depending on the circumstances/VO

You might want to call IRCC to check. I was one of the unlucky ones who never received P1, actually. It doesn't hurt to check so you can plan what to do next

If they said it is "in progress" then you have to wait. In my case, I called them about something else but was informed that P1 was sent out which was why I know for sure it was sent but I didn't receive it. In your case, you might have to wait a few days. Hope it comes soon!
