He still isn’t a Canadian resident. Being a Canadian resident doesn’t guarantee approval but there does seem to be a preference. How old are you? At a certain point IRCC expects you to pay for your own education. What program are you wanting to attend and where?

I am 25 years old, I am going to read Clinical Research at Conestoga. i haven't been able to secure a job since graduating in 2022

Okay I really need help on how to process this. this is my 3rd application. My parents can't fund my education. I am unemployed, I haven't had any job since graduating. My Uncle is willing to fund it. he's been funding since junior high. How can I solve this problem. kindly give me specifics.

There is no guaranteed way to solve this.

But $20k in your bank account does not even meet the minimum requirements. Reapply without uncle and show that your bank statements meet at least minimum funds.

So all your savings were a gift from your uncle? When did he gift you the funds? There could also be concerns about how you got all your savings.

That is exactly what I was thinking . If there Canadian application was refused why isn’t the next application going to be for the USA ?
Thats not only where the funds are originating and where there support will come from.
As mentioned a one year program won’t get you PR

Yup. Two Canadian refusals so better to apply to US school where uncle lives and can support OP financially.
