Got eligibility letter for my and my spouse my spouse is canadian citizen it’s inland application so how long do i have to wait to get my approval of permanent residency consulatant says i am on background check any idea how long will that take and what is approval chances after receiving eligibility letters

When did you apply? Right now applicants from late Jan are getting the background check done and P1. I waited around 6 months for the background check to be done after eligibility was marked completed and got the SA and AIP letters.

I applied end of april and got my eligibility letter end of august
So any idea

And is Aip called when principle gets eligibility approval

I would say around November or December.

Inland spousal sponsorship is 12 months processing, you’re no way close to the 12 months mark be patient everything will work out you’ve already got eligibility which is one of the biggest steps.

Hello, its been one month after i received AOR and still cannot register for tracking, I reviewed if the info is correct and it is.

Answered this in another thread you posted but here it goes again "The tracker has not been working since mid-June. Please try linking cgkey first for now. "
