RPD Rules 31, please advise

RPD Rules 31:

1. A document prepared for use in a proceeding must be letter-size paper

2. Any photocopy provided must be a clear copy of the document photocopied and be letter-size paper

3. If more than one document is provided, you must provide a list identifying each of the documents

4. Must consecutively number each page of all the documents provided as if they were one document


As a self-represented claimant, my documents I sent to RPD were in compliance with all RPD Rules 31 except the bold part, would RPD reject them?
