with named LMIA Processing time

I have a big concern about the following:

My employer started the process for with named LMIA on October 27th, 2023. He says that it's still in process. They are calling to Canada Service to get update but they are saying the file under on review and we will get update soon. (But they are saying some words from last 35 days)

It's that normal that this king of LMIA takes that long?

My NOC code is – 13110 Office Administrator

We are staying here under an extension letter. How long will stay here under extension letter?

Do you have verification that LMIA was submitted? Employer paid $1k? So you are under visitor record? If so you can stay up to 6 months if it was approved. You must keep status in Canada.

yes , we have a all proof of LMIA submitted.

I am here last 2.5 year before I had a work permit which was expired and we apply for new work permit.
