yo didn't answer the second part of the question so I wont be able to help.
My situation is that i am ready, I just need help with guidance
I hope this answers to that.

I have Bsc in Banking and finance
I am Social Media Manager
I am familiar with Microsoft Doc, Sheet, Powerpoint etc

If you want to apply for a work permit you need a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to get an approved LMIA.

To qualify for a job with LMIA, you need to have skill/experience/education that employer cannot find ANY Canadian to take that job.

Looking at what your post, your skill set doesn't look unique or in demand.
Employer going through the application of LMIA needs to pay $1000 to apply and wait for the approval process to get the employee. So it needs to be special and worth their money and effort. If they can just hire anyone in Canada to do that job, they won't hire someone from outside.

No. There is no such thing as a platform for LMIA jobs. But be careful for scam. (sorry for the typo)

If you have the skill, use the regular job application platform like LinkedIn and Indeed.
