ECEA closed work permit

Hii , I have 2 year closed work permit as an ECEA and working in day care with level 1 in Alberta ,My query is Can I apply for my PR application with level 1 in Alberta or is there any other option for PR ?
Did ECEA program comes under Caregiver program ?

Read through AINP guidelines and see if eligible. Calculate Express Entry score. It is not under Caregiver program unless you are working in someone’s home as a nanny. Program is currently closed and new progra has yet to be announced.
