If your work permit expires soon and you get nominated by province, they authorize issue you WPSL even though your work permit is expiring in 6 months. @Navideol you should email PNP office and keep calling them . They might issue you soon .

I see you have LMIA exempt. To my understanding, you probably have worked with your employer for more than 1yr, right? I was wondering if it'd also be possible in my case

@Miss bee Can we do Flagpoling for the WPExt letter received from the province? My work permit is expiring on November 2, 2024.

I need to travel back to my home country for a social reason that I can't skip. However, as far as I understand, we can't travel while on implied status.

Yes you can do that. You can certainly falgpole . Make sure you carry all documents like previous WP, nomination letter, WPSL , job offer from employer portal proof , receipt from compliance fees . Don’t travel on maintained status.

Just to confirm, I do not have USA visa and I have close work permit through OINP.
