Good Day Everyone
I was refused from USA once also from Canada for undergrad study permit After getting refusal from Canada I applied Again through an Agency but this time they sent me a email that, They have varified my Bank Statement are altered also misrepresented. They left 10 days for explaination letter. My bank documents are authentic and uploaded the updated statement during reapplication. i am deeply stressed so if write letter of explaination precisely, Is there any chance to get visa?
I know it demn tough but i want live in hope

There's always some chance you may be approved although generally on the lower side.

Did your agency submit a doctored bank statement?

Sorry for this even I can,t exolained this thing but one think i would like to know from you is that When i applied first time in Canada they refused me with common reason, in first attempt they must verified my bank statement and found genuine since it was genuine but refused me of over the doubt of leaving canada after completing my study but second time they claimed i have altered my statement. So what does it mean? Does it mean my documents are genuine but altered.
Please explain what do they mean by altered? It is a request
