Changing job while waiting for PR decision

Hello. I have an open PGWP, and I already applied for the PR under the PEQ Student.
My CSQ and work permit are not tied to any employer
Can I change my job while my PR is being processed? Do I need to inform IRCC/Quebec that there is any change on my work situation?

You should inform IRCC/Quebec but you can also change jobs.
