1. Is there any possible to resign from Canada, Its legally allowed?
2. If I resign is there any impacting for my spouse open work permit and children's study permit?

1. Do you mean leave Canada. You can leave whenever you want.
2. No. When their permits expire, they stop working and studying.
3. You cannot work unless you get another LMIA to apply for a closed work permit. So change status to visitor.

Did you ever start your job in Canada? If so how long did you work? Was this an intracompany transfer? That will have an influence on answers. Sadly we have seen a few examples of companies that offer to file a WP with no job in Canada. There seems like one large company from India is repeatedly filing these intracompany WPs with no actual job in Canada but families are all able to get permits based on the non-existent job.

Well their permits are based on your job so when you apply for their extension.

How are your children qualifying for study permits when the basis for their status in Canada was your ICT and you are actively working in Canada? Did you ever do work for your employer through their Canadian offices? For how long?

I am on ICT and working in Canada. We have submitted study permit extension for the children's due to new passport.
