Good day everyone. I am in a bit of a panic and need advice re this.
I went on the express entry pool for canadian PR on 16th november 2023. I eventually received a NOI from Alberta and accepted.
I completed my application for PR on 25th april 2024. Biometrics 29th may and medicals 15th June.
I applied to see my case file and i just received it noting that it stated "failed eligibility before promotion".
While i was completing my initial form before the NOI from Alberta, I put down that I have a relative (Aunt) in Canada. After I received the 600 points I did study the forms and felt that this information did not confer any extra points so in my main application for PR i excluded it (mainly because of the requirements for some personal details that I felt no need to inconvenience my Aunt with).
Now it says on my case note that removing this information reduced my eligibility by 5 points and rendered me ineligible.
Now I can still get all the needed info from my Aunt as she is in close communication. Do you think my case is remediable? I have Alberta LMIA exemption which expires 8th september and I am still living in the UK as I am planning to move next year hopefully with PR sorted.
Is there a chance that a webform can save my situation?
