Hi All
I Have applied for TRV for my 8 month old daughter on 23 June .
As she dont require any biometric and medical the application moved directly to final decision pending status on 24 June .
And till now it's not approved.
My question is anyone got any TRV approved in August?

Can someone suggest what we can do to expedite our Minor visa application?
I am on EI paternal benefit with Canadian government and now I need to join work soon.
But my baby visa is still in progress .
We have applied some medical emergency documents as well( my husband surgery )

But still no update.
Tried webform and sending mail but no update.
.
Can immigration lawyer help us?

There is no way to expedite. All you can do is wait. You can contact your MP and ask for status update. Is your husband in Canada or not? What doe his documents have to with child’s visa? If on work permit, when does it expire? Same for spouse.

Sorry, need more details.

1) Is this for a renewal/extension of TRV if your child is already in Canada? Or is she in India and this is the first time you're applying for her TRV?
2) There are o EI pa-TER-nal benefits in Canada. There are pa-REN-tal benefits. Did you apply for parental EI or maternity EI?

Good Evening House, my wife and son submitted their passport for stamping on the 28th August 2024, by 30th we got a mail that the passport with the tracking number belonging to my wife is ready for pickup, while my son tracking number is still showing that, it is under processing at IRCC office. my wife already collected her passport, ticket has been booked and since then no updated on my son's passport.
please i need advice on what to do.

Wait for notification to pick up son’s passport. You can raise a webform but can take up to 30 days for a response.
