My work permit is expiring on Dec 14,2024
Im travelling to India from oct-24 to nov 26
Can I come back to canada without any issues . I do have valid job in my hand.
Please help in answering the question

As long as you have a valid TRV, then yes.

Yes i do have , but I’m entering Canada just 20 days before expiry

So. You have a valid TRV. A TRV lets you enter. A WP lets you work until expiry.

Would travel with proof of ways you have applied to extend your stay in Canada and with proof you were on approved leave from your employer. If questioned you’ll have proof of why you are returning when your WP expires soon.
