Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen, I'm currently in the Philippines to pick up my minor child whom I sponsored.

Unfortunately I got into trouble here and I can't go back to Canada asap. She's holding PH passport with canada visa and COPR. I inquired with PAL and they said they can assist her with direct flights. My question is who will sign the COPR during arrival at Canada's immigration, because it is stated that 14yrs old below parents will sign, what if I am not there? Can I give authorization to my wife who will pick her up at the arrival? Thank you!

She's holding PH passport with canada visa and COPR. Thankyou!
Suggest you post your question in English.

If you sponsored her you must have been a PR the time. What is the mother’s status in Canada? To sponsor a child to come to Canada the expectation is that they will join you in Canada and the you have the means to support them. If you are unable to return to Canada your application has changed considerably and you should be updating IRCC.

You actually may if you are not returning to Canada and are in some form of trouble. Your child got approved to join you in Canada and assume you showed that you lived in Canada, worked in Canada, had savings in Canada, etc. and they would be joining you in Canada where you would be providing for them. Are you saying you are in legal trouble? Charged with a crime?
