Concerns were using a representative after disclosing no for using one. We had a friend who helped us who also sponsored his wife guide us through. Insufficient evidence of relationship and appears not genuine (lack of communication, photos appear staged, no timeline, limited cohabitation). As I was looking for more convos and pics to submit I found conversations of him and his ex wife recently chatting romantically. I felt disgusted and betrayed. I want to withdraw as sponsor but I read that it could be too late to withdraw. I submitted a withdraw form anyways saying we have relationship complications and plan to proceed with a divorce following.
What are the chances of the application being withdrawn? Can I proceed with divorce in the midst of it?
