Hello everyone, I'm new here. I'm a young mother of one. I'm from Papua New Guinea, my husband left my daughter and I got married to a new woman. I was living in Abuse and violence through our my marriage so I left the marriage with my daughter . I am finding it hard to sustain living for my daughter and I. I am seeking to go to Canada to work and live there with my daughter. I really need help. My daughter was taken away by her dad 3months ago without my concern and I would like to take her back and go overseas, away from all this problem. I'm 26 years old and facing this problem is affecting me mentally.

So research IRCC Express Entry and immigration is based on your age, education (ECA), funds, work experience and language skills (IELTS/TEF). See if eligible. For you to bring your daughter then you need full custody or approval from your spouse that you can take child out of the country.

You will only be able to bring your daughter with you to Canada if you either have sole legal custody of your daughter (awarded by the court system in your home country) or if your daughter's father provides written consent for you to take your daughter with you to Canada.

If you want to immigrate to Canada, you will need to qualify through one of Canada's immigration programs like Express Entry based on factors such as your level of education, skilled work experience, funds available to settle yourself in Canada and other factors. You can read more about the Express Entry program here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html
