eTA Eligibility

Greetings,

I am in the process to apply for St.Lucia Passport within the eTA eligibility. I am eligible for the eTA to enter Canada if I received a TRV in the last 10 years based on the information provided by the Canada government website.

My TRV is stamped on my country of birth passport (Iraq). Would I be still eligible for the eTA by using the same St.Lucia passport provided that the TRV is stamped on the Iraqi passport?

From what I understand, it refers to a TRV on the St. Lucian passport.
