Landed, Super Visa, no IO stamp

Hello all! My dad arrived in Canada in Super Visa. The IO asked when is the return date, my dad answered "Maybe in 1 year"

Now, we checked the passport and can not see any stamp from IO when he should leave Canada.

is it 1 year?
5 years? As per standard Super Visa

I thought they should put a stamp with the date to leave Canada.

where can we ask this info? Support line? Can we do ATIP request?

if no stamp, then you follow the IRCC policy, which is 5 years. No stamp usually means leave by default

Up to 5 years conditional on qualifying and paying for supervisa insurance every year.
