Not got my PR portal credentials

Hi All,
I got my PR confirmation email on 13th Aug to reply with some basic info.
I replied on the same day with all the required info.
However, it’s more than 2 weeks and still not received PR portal credentials or any further update.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the same.

Yes, got PR portal credentials on 29th Aug. Submitted my photo and declaration. Now waiting for the COPR doc.
