is it from BLS or embassy ? did they route it back to right police station ?.Hi,
Same happened with me. But I got an email by sender name "SANJIV KUMAR" asking me to reply to that email with my basic details like name and address and also the correct police station.
I see everyone is talking about reapplying PCC. That confuses me. Will this reply to the email work for me or do I have to send a new PCC?
Its been 3 days I have replied to the email with correct details and no update on status which is anyways not enough days for consulate to respond anyways.
Should I reapply? Please advice.
Sanjiv is from embassy. He will get the details from us and reinitiate the same PCC with the ARN we submitted earlier.is it from BLS or embassy ? did they route it back to right police station ?.
Hey Ramkumar, would I need to get my relative in India to go to the police station that was corrected? I originally put in the wrong one and now emailed Sanjiv Kumar with the correct police station. Does my relative need to go the updated police station? How long after replying to the email should I expect an update and follow up at the police station in India?Sanjiv is from embassy. We have to check for the status change in our ARN request and follow up with local police station to get the verification completed.
Sometimes Sanjiv responds immediately or within a day, while other times he may not, but he will ensure the correct police station is updated from his end. If your relatives don't receive a call for verification within a day or two, follow up with Sanjiv to confirm if the correct police station has been updated. Once confirmed, ask your relatives to check with the updated local police station to see if they have received any PCC for you.Hey Ramkumar, would I need to get my relative in India to go to the police station that was corrected? Amazing, thank you soooo very much!!! It's been a frustrating process trying to get the documents with so little time given by IRCC, so any guidance helps. I completely understand; I was in the same situation when time was running out. Just keep following up, and eventually, everything will work out. Best of luck with your PR process!Amazing, thank you soooo very much!!! It's been a frustrating process trying to get the documents with so little time given by IRCC, so any guidance helps. Thank you. Will do - I'll wait till Monday and then check with Sanjiv again. And then I can get my relatives to check with the police station. I'm sure Sanjiv has been getting bombarded with many emails. If only we could make corrections on the online portal to make things a little easier. But I'm glad Sanjiv can help instead of asking to resubmit the application.I completely understand; I was in the same situation when time was running out.
