File said Returned but no explaination

Hi ,

i was invited for pgp sponsership and submitted my file it said returned last month but i havnt recieved any reply back from them and i check file nothing incomplete except consent section show blank , i try to submit it back but it isnt allowing me to do that. i am trying to call them but couldnt reach out to them due to high call. what should i do?

If it was returned as incomplete then you generally cannot resubmit. You would need to challenge IRCC on why it was returned. I would call IRCC and see what info they can give you.

You need to keep calling. However if the application was incomplete, then I think you are out of luck.
