If a reference or guarantor has known me for say 2 years and 10 months. How do I write this in the box? Because the field is NOT allowing me to put 2.10, only 1 digit after decimal is allowed, so it is just taking 2.1 and not 2.10.

That's not an editable field and you have to manually write in it.

Flip a coin. If it's a head, put 2 years, if it's a tail, put 3 years.
Or, said another way : it doesn't matter. Just round it one way or another.
