Gaining foreign work experience

Members I have a question I’m creating my profile but got stuck at foreign experience points but I have a situation.
I had my company can I get points for that and also worked for 3 years for a company.

can I claim points from my self employment

For self employment and but as I have closed my company in 2018 so there is no bank statements available.
