Can we submit the PNP request with or without the EE option? what If we initially choose the PNP with EE but later decide to proceed with direct PR without EEBC, is that possible?

Your question is a bit confusing. PNP programs are either through EE or not through EE. If you receive a nomination under an EE PNP program, then you have to complete the process through EE.

If we have registered and/or applied to the BC PNP without selecting the EEBC option, can our application later be converted to the EEBC option?

I submitted my application on July 7th, but I still haven't received the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AoR) from IRCC. My Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) certificate expired on August 11th. I'm concerned about whether this will cause any issues with my application. Should I be worried, and do I need to request an extension or take any other steps to ensure my application remains valid?

Your nomination should be valid when you submit your complete application for PR . Doesn’t matter if it’s expired next day or so .
