My employer is planning to apply for my closed work permit through Lmia. Does it requires language assessment test?

So employer files for LMIA and you apply for closed work permit. So do you mean employer is filing for LMIA? Or you have an approved LMIA? What is the NOC?

You don’t need IELTS but it will strengthen your profile along with your ECA.

Canada has a surplus of web developers and people have the ability to outsource web development easily. Are you sure there is actually a job? Bonkers if the employer gets the LMIA.
