EE case still not reopened. It's been 3+ months after Judicial Review settlement offer.

Here's the background:

• My EE was selected and I was invited to apply for PR.
• I applied for PR, but it was refused early 2024.
• I started Judicial Review, and received Settlement Offer from the Counsel in mid-2024.
• I filed Notice of Discontinuance early June 2024

As of now, 3+ months after filing Discontinuance, my case still remains in "refused" status in IRCC Portal, with no communication from the officials ever since. Has anyone encountered similar situation for their EE PR application? How long have you waited? What should I be doing now?

Thank you buddy, I did ask. The lawyer only asked me to wait longer but I'm also interested in other people's data points and what they did/went through.
