Hi, do I need to have a personal preference code for apply for FSW under Express Entry. Can I apply for FSW without an Express Entry. I do qualify for FSW as my points is 67 and I have 2 years work experience in Canada. But when I key on all information under Express Entry for eligibility is says I am not eligible simply because of my age. I am 50 , so to test it out, I lower down my age with the same information and it manage to get thru.

My questions is can I submit FSW application manually without a Express Entry Profile. My son is a born Canadian and I was a PR before but due some reason I did not meet my residency obligation so I am reapplying again under FSW.

FSW is Express Entry. Express Entry has 3 paths - FSW, CEC and FST. So you have IELTS/TEF and ECA which is mandatory. So no such thing as a manual application. You are eligible or you are not. What is your profile to get 67 points? NOC? Was your Canadian education within the last 3 years?

No, you cannot submit a FSW application manually. The FSW program is through Express Entry. If it is saying you are not eligible, this is not due to your age. It means you are either answering questions incorrectly or don't have 67 points.

To be clear on what you need to do, the first step is to successfully set up an Express Entry profile. Then you need to wait for a draw and have enough points to be selected through a draw. Right now you would need to have over 500 points to be selected through a regular draw.

I think it's the age only, cos I when I purposely choose 1982, it immediately creates a reference code with the same information which I provide and select with my actual age as 1974.

I have worked in Canada for 2 years and I come under 0131.0. my IELTS is CLB 8 and I the midst of getting my ECA. When I check manually I do qualify a total point of 67 or randomly I used the calculator via Immigration agent. The moment I include this info under Express Entry. it says I am not qualified which I am a bit puzzle.

or can create a profile under Express Entry without personal code.

I did apply for SINP for no reply todate.

You cannot submit a profile until you have ECA. What will be your estimated CRS score as you will want well over 500? Age is a big factor so don’t think you will get invitation? If you want to increase score then learn French to B2 level (CLB 7). Not sure what your NOC is.

SINP is based on NOC being selected and SINP score? What is your SINP score?

My NOC is 10030. I did not apply for ECA , as in the beginning itself, it says I am not eligible, it's not asking for any ECA in the selection.
I doubt it's my age that is not allowing me to be eligible, as I said when I purposely select 8 years younger, it creates the reference . So it's only the age does matter.

My SINP score is 65.

So you studied in Canada then, if not asking for ECA. If you studied outside Canada then you need ECA to count points for selection score and CRS. SINP score is low as most draws are well over 70.

No, I studied in England but when I choose for eligibility, it's not asking . This is the 1st step under IRCC. Perhaps you are referring to create a profile without reference code, maybe there I need to have the ECA which might be helpful to increase my points.

Yeah, my SINP score is low. Thanks for the update

You need an ECA to submit an Express Entry profile. It is mandatory.

I am not sure, I need to check my CRS. What is the best score for selection ?

Is there such thing as non express entry ?
Over 520…given your age (no points), you will need Masters/Phd, fluent in French and English and a possibly a LMIA (depending on French and English scores).
