Delay in stamping for visitor visa

Hi,

My passport arrived at IRCC, New Delhi on the 13th august and I still have not received any updates regarding the same. I see that it is taking more than a month for work/study permits and PR visas but should it take this long for visitor visas as well?
Does anyone know the current status of passport stamping in the embassy? How long is it taking and how much delay should I expect?

All types of visas are taking almost same 25+ days
