Hello, I would suggest you talk to any advisor or employment agent who deals with business industry. I do not know any agency, unfortunately, to whom I can refer. However, a college or university has an employment advisor, so you can email them based on which area of Canada you would like to relocate to.

Start with Express Entry (Federal Skilled worker) and see if eligible with 67 selection points. Points are based on age, education (assessments), work experience, language skills (IELTS/TEF) and funds. If you have a Masters, fluent in French and English, you have a chance. So go on the website and the steps are there.

PNP is an option if you have a job offer in that province or a high enough score in an in-demand NOC (healthcare, trades).
