Just had a chat with an agency regarding the AIP thing. They were suggesting that their lawyer will try to find job interviews for me from related provinces. If I pass and get the job offer, then PR process will start. After I get the PR letter, they will take a charge. They claimed to have good number of success cases.
Does this sound too fishy!! If I get interviews and pass, I have the option to confirm whether that is a designated company to offer job and whether the job offer is valid. Besides, shouldn't have the PR letter be issued after the docs being verified!!

Canada is getting much stricter about this due to rampant abuse. Really depends on what your NOC is. If there is high demand for your NOC u may have a better chance of securing PR. How old are you? What is your CRS score?

How the hell are people going to achieve PR if most pathways like AIP require a long-term, two or more years or permanent job offer ??? Since today, with the new policies, they won't be able to issue job offers longer than 1 year to foreigners.

It is incredibly difficult for anyone to immigrate over 40. For economic immigration Canada favours young applicants. Save your money.
